The Shimano Tekota A Line Counter enters the market with a fresh new makeover upgrading the reel in terms of style, performance and size. Built around Shimano's S-Compact body design, the Tekota A is a 20% smaller than its predecessor making it easy to store and more comfortable to use without sacrificing performance or power!
In terms of features the Shimano Tekota A uses a 3+1 BB system for silky smooth operation and a drag system capable of 24 lbs of max drag. In addition, the new Tekota A also utilizes Coreprotect water resistant technology to keep your line counting dial free from fog and water for a clear reading. For added strength and to cut down on weight a rigid, all-metal Hagane Body finished in a new blue-steel paint job ensures toughness and no-flex performance to handle the biggest fish in the water!
